- Cedis (GHS) by default, with VAT and discount lines you can switch on per invoice. You can also issue in USD when you need to bill a foreign customer.
- Can customers pay me through the invoice?
- You can send invoices by email or WhatsApp and add your bank or mobile money details. Direct online payments inside the invoice are on the roadmap.
- Will my existing Boafo Receipts data move across?
- Yes. When the Boafo One integration goes live, your invoices, customers, and templates from receipts.boafo.digital will move across to your Boafo One account.
- Can I download invoices as PDF?
- Every invoice can be downloaded as a clean PDF for printing, sharing on WhatsApp, or keeping with your business records.
- Is Boafo Receipts free?
- The free plan covers basic invoicing. Higher volumes, multi-user access, and advanced features come with the paid plans on the pricing page.
- Can I add my logo to invoices?
- Yes. Upload your logo and it appears on every invoice and receipt you send. You can also set your brand colours and terms.
- Does Boafo Receipts handle VAT?
- Yes. You can add VAT, NHIL, and discount lines to any invoice. The totals calculate automatically.
