Reporting incorrect information

Anyone can flag a listing. Reports go to the right Boafo One team and, for general corrections, to the verified business owner. Nothing changes on the listing until it has been reviewed.

  2. 2. Pick a category. General corrections go to support. Fraud and hijacking go to the Trust and Security team.
  3. 3. Add details. Share what is wrong and the correct value if you know it.
  4. 4. We review. The listing only changes once a Boafo One reviewer or verified owner confirms.

Yes. Address, GPS, phone, WhatsApp, website, and ownership-related changes are logged and reviewed by Boafo One before they appear publicly. This reduces profile hijacking.

Search for your business on Boafo One, open the listing, and use Claim this business. Sign in, submit ownership evidence, and our team will review your request.
